Know Before You Book Specialty Requests & Add-Ons •Sundays & Holidays: $100 •Housecalls: Starting at $100 Booking & Hair Prep Policies A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (applied toward your total balance). Note: A processing fee applies to digital payments. 1B braiding hair included, bra-strap or shorter. Longer lengths must be selected as an Add-On. Natural hair must be at least 4 inches long all over. Please arrive with your hair clean and blown straight. ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCTS. For the neatest tuck and best results, please avoid fresh trims right before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. To maintain a firm schedule, a new deposit is required for all rescheduled appointments. Cancellations & No-Shows We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. • Late Cancellations (<24hrs): 50% of the service balance will be charged to the card on file. •No-Shows: 100% of the service balance will be charged to the card on file. Late Policy We offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and a late cancellation fee. If my schedule allows me to still accommodate you, a $30 Schedule Adjustment Fee will be applied.
